Hikari Rose's Weapon

Carriage: Can be summoned.

Type: Katana

Appearance: A longer than regular blade katana with an pale blue color. Guard is shaped like a rose and handle is dark blue. At the end of handle is a blue ribbon with red rose designs.
Material: Mystical ice that never melts and silver.

Effects: Can manipulate water into ice. If anyone is stabbed, they are completely incased in ice that is shaped like a rose and completely shatters. Can also send waves of ice attacks at opponent.

Does just any old stab do that, or does it have to be like a stab through the chest? 'Cuz a stab in the arm doing that's a bit...eh.

I'd like more detail on that ability. Namely how severe the stab has to be, because a superficial stab can be as simple as breaking the first layer of skin, and to die from that's hardly fair :/
