Sapphire sighed as the vampires left. 'Finally, I can get out of this place.' She lightly dropped out of the tree and landed silently on the leaf covered ground. She started walking, then running when she was absolutly sure that there were no vampires around. As she was running, she reflected on the conversation that she had heard. 'I wonder where that castle they claimed to see is. It might be interesting up there.' she thought. She stopped and thought. 'I really just wanted to go home, but it's almost dawn. Maybe I'll head up there. The vampires won't hear me and even if they do, I'll be able to outrun them in the sun.' She turned around and headed back the way she had come.
